Confirmation please?

I got an email from a friend/acquaintance recently telling me that a certain Assistant Deputy Chief has as his background image on his computer, a photo with him and the President. Really? I have also heard he has some “participation badges” from the DNC, wherein I heard he earned a nickname in line with his apparent inclination to be photographed with VIP’s. Please let me know it you have seen this or the badge display. Photo’s would be wonderful. I promise anonymity.
